Ilocos Norte is absolutely a place to be treasured, a destination to be discovered and a home for memorable experiences of a lifetime. It is located in the northern part of the archipelago and it is bordering Cagayan and Apayao to the east, and Abra and Ilocos sur to the south. 

Moreover, the Province of Ilocos Norte is indeed  a heaven to be treasured on earth with all its exceptional features which includes its fascinating tourist attractions. Being the home of origin of great leaders and achievers of the nation such as the late president Ferdinand E. Marcos, General Antonio and Juan Luna, Josefa Llanes Escoda etc., it also homes the very first Windmill Farm in Southeast Asia. The province amazes the whole world with its ivory and pristine beaches which are perfect places to make fun and enjoy life. The firm century-old Paoay Church reminds people of how great and how strong the Ilocanos are.

Like any other place, Ilocos Norte itself is a great repertoire of cherished cultures and traditions. With its fresh and invigorating environment, its people live traditionally with their abundant resources. their culture is indeed a great one to be treasured with its diversity.Cultures which came from the primitive times down to the modern generations today. At present, the Ilocano society continue to mold the culture they have inherited from their ancestors and aim to pass this to the upcoming generations to in order for these diversities not to be eradicated in their lives. The Ilocanos, even they have different culture, belief and tradition, they will still stand as sons and daughter of the Province of Ilocos Norte, proud of what they have and the kind of life they used to have all these years.
